Terms of Use

Agreement
These terms apply to the PipeFitter app ("the app"). They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which continues to apply. By using the app, you agree to both.
Your own risk
You use the app at your own risk.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that any result, drawing or data in the app is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose.
Your responsibility
Results depend on the values you enter and on reference data that may differ from the parts you use. You are solely responsible for checking every measurement, dimension and result before cutting, fabricating or installing anything, and for following applicable codes, standards and manufacturers' instructions. The app is not professional or engineering advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including incorrect cuts, wasted material, labor, delays, property damage or lost profits, however caused. Apple's license agreement sets the maximum amount of any liability.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. For significant changes, we will ask you to accept the new terms in the app. Changes apply only from their effective date.
